I´ve been bodybuilding for over 20 years, since I was in 6th grade.
The process of bodybuilding has been an obsession of mine my whole entire life and now I am able to help others with the same passion or obsession!

In 6th Grade. So I wouldn´t get picked on and because i didn´t like any sports and didn´t really care for anything else but myself and my workouts.

I started to train people my last year of college and my work and results spread
