Q. WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
I started training seriously in 2016. I married into a bodybuilding family and started to ge in better shape and absolutely fell in love with the changes in my physique.
Q. HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
I was sort of a late bloomer but had good guidance. I was surrounded by a lot of successful athletes and had sponsored that believe in me and my potential. I'm truy grateul for my Dragon Team.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
At the moment anything back related. My back is my weakest point on my physique, so I love knowing each session I'm getting closer to making it a strenght.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART?
My favorite body part is provably legs. I think legs are difficylt to train and bring up and it separates a lot of physiques.
Q. WHO IS YOUR INSPIRATION IN THIS SPORT?
Oh my gosh, where do I start? I'm honestly inspired by so many different athletes that I couldn't just name a single one out. It takes so much hard work and dedicantion to be in this sport and I'm inspired daily by so many different people.
Q. WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF DRAGON PHARMA TEAM?
I loved their pre workouts but ultimately loved them. When I first joined Dragon, they didn't have a full line of supplements like they do now. They were smaller in the states and I believed in them but likewise I only competed in one show at the time and honestly didn't have much of a following at the time for me to be that valuable to them. But they believed in me, encouraged me and have supported me on my journey so much. It's more than a partnership to me, they've believed in me from the beginning.
Q. WHAT GOAL ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?
I will attain my pro card in 2020 and then figure oyt my pro debut.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
It's a tie between a good burger or pizza.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE FITNESS/BODYBUILDING INDUSTRY?
I'm adventurous and like seeing new places and traveling. I love learning about new cultures and how people live.
Q. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
Believe in yourself and work really hard. At the beginning I remember local competitors telling me I wouldn't be good in the figure category and I couldn't do it. All that did was fuel me to prove them wrong. Also, remain humble. We all start somewhere and just because you migh reach your goals doesn't mean you shouldn't tale time to be that light to others who are just starting. I'm a big believer in Character.
