Bahij is Lebanese/Palestinian raised in Africa. Studied in London where he achieved his double major in art and business. Always passioned about sports, played rugby, football and swimmed at high levels. The love for bodybuilding was born during a rough time in his life and helped him to overcome adversity. Currently his working towards raising fitness and health cwareness to the young generation, helping them to achieve their fitness goals.
Q. WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
A: I've being playing sports since I was 8 years old.
Q. HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
A: I dove into the bodybuilding world as a relief and help to fight depression.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
A: Squats and leg press.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART?
A: I have 3 main distinctions on my body and they are my shoulders, legs, and calves.
Q. WHO IS YOUR INSPIRATION IN THIS SPORT?
A: I wouldn't say that I really have an inspiration in bodybuilding, as I was more of an athlete inspired by sportsmen rathen than bodybuilders. But if I had to point a favorite would have to be Arnold or Ronnie Coleman.
Q. WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF DRAGON PHARMA TEAM?
A: I really wanted to be a part of this movement with likeminded good people, sharing same dreams and aspirations. I felt all the positive energy from the management as well as my team mates.
Q. WHAT GOAL ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?
A: I'm working towards getting my name out there, so I can reach as many people as possible, being able to help them change their lives for the better, helping them become happier and healthier individuals.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
A: For sure burguers aand waffles
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE FITNESS/BODYBUILDING INDUSTRY?
A: I enjoy painting, drawing, traveling getting to learn different cultures, also do like to break dance, but my favorite of all is relaxing by the beach.
Q. WHAT’S YOUR CURRENT WORKOUT MIX (MUSIC)?
A: my music varies . its a mix of deep house, 'gangsta' hip hop and heavy metal on my leg days
Q. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
A: Think this as a long term commitment to bettering their minds and not just their bodies. I hope people will learn to be commited, learn responsibility and dedication from their training regiments in the gym. There is more to life than training just to look good and that we can learn many lessons through our experiences in the gym that we could use in our day to day lives and that is to work hard, be commited and learn to keep pushing to achieve.
