Q: WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
A: I started working out in 8th grade, I signed up for football going into 9th grade so twice a week, we would take the bus from school to the high school and workout. I stayed with it ever since. I quickly learned around junior year I loved training more than I did any sports that I was playing.
Q: HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
A: I started off competing at 19, eventyally around the age of 25 I was competing at a local qualifier where Jay Cutler was guest posing. He asked if I had any sponsors, at the time only a local supplement store. So he gave me his number and got me setup and that essentially got my foot in the door.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
A: I love the hard stuff, squats, rows, deadlifts, hacks, leg presses. I love training, there isn't much I don't enjoy doing!

A: Legs and back if I had to choose
Q: WHO IS YOUR INSPIRATION IN THIS SPORT?
A: Jay Cutler, Flex Lewis and Seth Feroce
Q: WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF DRAGON PHARMA TEAM?
A: It was instinct at first, but the more I learned about the brand and had many conversations with the owner (not something that happens often in this industry) it was a no brainer. The vision and love for bodybuilding Dragon has resonated highly with me.

A: Currently working on earning my pro status

A: A good burger and fry!
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE FITNESS/BODYBUILDING INDUSTRY?
A: I don't have any hobbies really, I eat, sleep, train and work bodybuilding and fitness being that's my job as well (personal trainer & online coach), but the time I do have goes to my wife, son and pups.

A: Be careful, be mindful and educate yourself. Social media.
