I've being training for over 15 years, at first I started because I was too skinny and not happy about it. So, I l discovered bodybuilding and fell in love with it. I was 19 when I steped on stage to compete the first time, I earned some important titles in Brazil, competing was my life up until 2019, sooner after I got into the fitness model world spreading the world about the sport and motivating people to live a healthier lifestyle, and this is certanly my favorite thing to do.
WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
I was very thin growing up, so one day I saw a muscular girl in a magazine that really made me want to change my body.
HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
I started to workout when I was a teen for aestetics purposes and sooner after I dediced that I wanted to train to gain more muscle and to compete, so I did and never stoped.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
Train hard and surround yourself with good professionals and people who have the drive to push and motivate you everyday, also be patience, because things don't happen overnight.
