Isabelle started training about 8 years ago, but in the first 3 years since her diet wasn’t on point, her results were also not satisfactory. She met her husband who was into bodybuilding and introduced her to world of bodybuilding. After watching Wellness athletes on stage, her heart was beating fast and she fell in love with that category. She decided to take her fitness journey further and prep for a show, 5 months later took 2nd place the very first time she stepped on stage to compete, and never stopped! She loves bodybuilding and being on stage make her fell complete. She got over 10 competitions under her belt, always placing between top 6.
She is also a professional athlete at the IFBB ELITE PRO federation, in which she has represented Brazil in 5 professional championships in several countries including Chile, Ecuador, the Caribbean, Paraguay and the United States. IFBB Elite Pro federation is not a qualifier for Mr. Olympia and her biggest dream is compete at the Olympia. So after announcing that wellness would be at Olympia in 2020, she decided to change the federation, giving up her professional card and starting a new path in the NPC - IFBB PRO LEAGUE. In January 2020 she debuted in the new federation and was overall champion in 3 categories, leaving the championship with a total of 6 trophies and I became the first NPC wellness champion in the USA. She is extremely happy
WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
I started exercising at 16 my goals was to gain muscles because I used to look so thin.
HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
After training for 3 years without proper training and diet. I watched for the first time a bodybuilding competition and that blew my mind. Then I decided that I would take my journey to the next level, so I could be on stage too.

WHAT GOAL ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?
I am working hard to print my name in the history of bodybuilding and one day be an Olympic champion. I am currently in preparation for the Arnold Classic Ohio Championship, where I will be fighting for the PRO CARD of the IFBB PRO LEAGUE.

I love being with family and friends. Go to the beach and watch movies.
WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
Don't ever give up on your dreams, even when they seem to be impossible. Things are not always easy, bu we must always fight and dedicate ourselves to the max. All do your best, and above all, do it for love.
