Along with my degree in Kinesiology and extensive experience in strength and conditioning and nutrition, I have been able to turn my passion into a career as a personal trainer by coaching and prepping some celebrities and elite athletes.
In addition to bodybuilding, I also train Muay Thai and MMA. I plan to make the transition into wellness this year and hope to soon grace the Olympia stage.
- WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
I have been an athlete my entire life, but when an injury ended my gymnastics career, I found myself in love with lifting weights and seeing what I can do in challenging my body and my physique. Although I have always been an athlete, I have only been bodybuilding for 6 years.

Dana Linn Bailey. I love Her passion, hard work, and unwillingness to change who she is to fit in! She’s unapologetically her and one of the hardest workers in the industry in both her career and physique.

Their passion for greatness. I was Drawn to Dragon Pharma because I love their hardcore attitude and image, their outstanding products, and believe they are the future in supplements!

Making the transition from pro figure to wellness. I plan to compete this year and hope to grace the Olympia stage soon!

Muay Thai, MMA, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.
- WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
BE YOURSELF!! And never lose that. The industry is filled with a lot of pressure to “fit in” and my greatest advice is to stay true to who you are.
