Some of you already know me as a bikini- fitness competitor, I started my journey in 2016, but not many of you know that in past two years I was working on something bigger. I was changing my Physique and preparing myself to competitios in different class- Wellness._x000D_ You are probably curious why I did that, well I was always into curves, I feel more comfortable, stronger, hungry for improvements. I’m looking forward to show you the results and step on the stage with new package._x000D_

WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?

I started working out 5 years ago, In that time I was just an ordinary gym girl, without any knowledge, or experience with weights. I guess gym was the only place where I could just rest my head, be alone, and don’t think much, just train.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART?

I used to compete in bikini fitness class, my legs was always the weakest body part. I decided to change that and make my weakest part the Strongest one. So definitely legs workouts are rocking.

WHAT GOAL ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?

Long term goal is changing my physique to Wellness, and I’m looking forward to show the results of that in next year.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?

Favorite cheat meal: Sushi, different kind of meat, steaks with potato’s, ice cream.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE FITNESS/BODYBUILDING INDUSTRY?

Free time I spend with my friends and family, international phone calls to friends and family in Poland, traveling, GYM

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?

If I will have to give advice to people that want to start fitness journey, or competing, I’m not gonna say any motivational spiritual quotes I would say work, work, work hard! Keep discipline and stay focus!
