Ole was born and raise in Norway. Studied there and ended up working as a Petroleum engineer also in Norway. He is passionated about his family, father of a boy and a girl, which are the most important ones in his life. Ole has played several sports at a high level, but bodybuilding has gained his heart and is where he had placed higher. Loves cars, motorcycles. Well, in general anything that goes fast!
Q. WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
A: As an addition to kick boxing, as well as the male biological instinct of being the biggest and strongest
Q. HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
A: Since my first competition in 2008, I have gradually profressed more and more into the fitness industry, but my very first encounter was at a web-based forum sometime before my first show.

A: Deadlift, squat and lat pull down

Q. WHO IS YOUR INSPIRATION IN THIS SPORT?
A: Kevin Levrone started it all, mostly as I saw myself in his physique at that time. It went from there to the mass monsters like Ronnie Coleman, Dennis James, Roelly Winklaar and Big Ramy who funny enough now is a team mate in Dragon.
Q. WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF DRAGON PHARMA TEAM?
A: I saw a huge potential in it's growth as a company, and I liked the performance supplement idea, as well as the way the company put an interest and belief in me as an athlete. I was not Pro, yet still Dragon saw me for who I could become and since then we have grown a lot together.
Q. WHAT GOAL ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?
A: First step: top 5 in 20+ line up. Second step: Top 3 in several shows and qualify for Mr. Olympia. Ultimate goal: be top 10 in the Olympia.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
A: Fresh water trout baked on fire, rice, vegetables and sour cream

A: Old school hiphop 1990-2000's.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE FITNESS/BODYBUILDING INDUSTRY?
A: Cars, motorcycle and hunting.
Q. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
A: A) Sleep / recovery. B) Nutrition. C) Progressive overload in some way or another. D) Supplements. No matter how good you do C, if A and/or B isn't in place, nothing is going to happen for muscular development.
