A: I started to workout at the age of 18, when I got into Nutrition School. I've always liked sports, but at 18 I had income and could afford to pay a gym.

A: Be patience, if you know how to be patiente, your will certanlly reach your goals, and also stay away from toxic people that prevents you from achieving your goals.
