I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania and moved to Los Angeles by myself when I was 21. I played football my entire life all the way up until college and my first dream was to play in the NFL. I am a die hard Philadelphia eagles fan.

- WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
I started working out because growing up I was always one of the smaller players on my football teams and getting bigger and stronger was a way to make up for that.
 
- HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
I got in the fitness industry because I would watch the “big dogs” in my gym train insane and post on social media, so I then decided to start my journey via social media and years later, I had brands reach out to me.

- WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?
My favorite exercises are back squats and leg extensions

-  WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART?
My favorite body part is Legs (Quads)

- WHO IS YOUR INSPIRATION IN THIS SPORT?
One of my inspirations in this sport is a teammate Andre “lucky libra” Ferguson and Simeon Panda.

- WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF DRAGON PHARMA TEAM?
I wanted to be part of the Dragon Pharma team because not only did I believe in our supplements, but I admired the family like culture within the company.
 
- WHAT GOAL ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?
A goal that I’m currently working towards is putting my body at my physiques peak and maybe doing my first competition in 2021.

- WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
My favorite cheat meal is 3 Chik fil A spicy chicken sandwich, large fries, & cookies & cream shake.

- WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE FITNESS/BODYBUILDING INDUSTRY?
My hobbie outside of bodybuilding is going out dancing.

- WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
My advice I would give to someone starting their fitness journey is have a goal that you want to reach and go hard at achieving it, but as you work towards that goal do not worry about anyone else’s lane but your own. Focus on what works well for you because you will have a million people telling you different ways you should be doing things.

OFF-SEASON DIET SAMPLE
MEAL 1 6 whole eggs, 4 slices of turkey bacon, bagel and an orange.
MEAL 2 ground turkey, jasmine rice, and spinach.
MEAL 3 Tilapia, jasmine rice and spinach
MEAL 4 either repeat meal 2 or meal 3

Sometimes I tend to snack in between with fruit.

 

SUPPLEMENT ROUTINE: 


First thing in the morning I like to take my Immune RX   and Vitamin C RX.
Before the gym I mix my ATP force with Venom pre workout followed by Mr.Veinz. 
Post gym I take 2 scoops of ISOPHORM (white chocolate pb).
