Tristan loves to cook, out of highschool almost attended a culinary arts school and still think about doing so. To this day after hang up my competiton trunks he has a dream of opening a restaurant or food truck one day, he believes the training would help, but I also that you learn more from experience then you ever can in a class room.
Q. WHEN AND WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?
In high school, my dad bought me a weight set to help with anger issues and social anxiety. I didn’t truly start “training” until I was 19 in college and wanted to feel better with the ladies/ fit in with friends.
Q. HOW DID YOU GET INTO THE FITNESS INDUSTRY?
The gym I went to in college, my friend pushed me to do a competition, from there I started working cross promotions for local companies. Once I moved down back to South Florida, I signed with a supplement company and personal training and focusing on creating a personal brand people could trust.

Squat, bent over row, incline dumbbell press

Dorian Yates and Jay Cutler. They’ve taken their career so much further than just the stage, and they are people I aspire to be like. Not to mention they have a level of discipline I try to emulate.
Q. WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF DRAGON PHARMA TEAM?
Integrity of the company, quality of the products, and the opportunity to not only grow with a newer company I believe in but to create a positive culture in the fitness industry, internationally.
Q. WHAT GOAL ARE YOU WORKING TOWARDS?
Becoming an IFBB pro, and building my coaching business.
Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CHEAT MEAL?
Burger, Sushi, and cookies.
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES OUTSIDE OF THE FITNESS/BODYBUILDING INDUSTRY?
I love taking my dog to the dog park and on adventures. Going to the gun range or the beach, and cooking is one of my biggest passions (not always healthy foods)
Q. WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO PEOPLE WHO WANT TO START A FITNESS/BODYBUILDING JOURNEY?
Remain humble, Take it SLOW, this is a marathon not a race, and always be open to learning something new.
