Q. WHO IS BAHIJ KADDOURA?

A: i am of lebanese and palestinian origins but i was raised in Africa i always had dreams of making sure the world was going to remember me one day. i believed that i would be known firstly for my sporting abilities and achievements as i almost went pro in three different sports. Swimming , rugby and football of which i played at very high levels. and was meant to participate in the olympics on two separate occasions but then i quit. now i am pursuing a career in social media trying to help raise awareness for the younger generation to lead them in the right direction when it comes to fitness.

Q. WHY DID YOU START WORKING OUT?

A: i started working out in the gym because i was going through some tough times in my life battling through depression. but when it comes to being active and doing sports i have been an athlete since i was 8 years old.

Q. WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE EXERCISES?

A: my favourite exercises would have to be squats and leg press.

Q. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BODY PART?

A: i wouldn't say i have a favourite body part but i have three main distinctions on my body . my shoulders, my legs and specifically my calves.

A: burgers. for sure and waffles

Q. WHAT’S YOUR CURRENT WORKOUT MIX (MUSIC)?

A: my music varies . its a mix of deep house, 'gangsta' hip hop and heavy metal on my leg days

Q. What advice would you give to people who want to start a fitness/bodybuilding journey?

A: my main advice to people starting their fitness journey is to think of this as a long term commitment to bettering their minds and not just their bodies. i hope people will learn to be committed , learn responsibilty and dedication from their training regiments in the gym. there is more to life than training just to look good and we can learn many lessons through our experiences in the gym that we could use in our day to day lives and thats to be hard working , committed and learn to keep pushing to achieve.
