Esme is an IFBB Pro Wellness Athlete and Fitness Coach. Currently living in Mexico, Esme represents the Dragon lifestyle every day and I started in the gym when I was 16 because I wanted to improve the appearance of my body, so it all started with me wanting to look good and has continued because it makes me feel good. I like to be a source of motivation and inspiration for all people who want to improve their habits and lead a healthier lifestyle, which is why I enjoy sharing about my sport, lifestyle, knowledge, and experiences.
