La verdad este producto me sorprendió demasiado, es muy bueno, te ayuda mucho a enfocarte con tus ejercicios, y por la parte de termogénico es excelente, te hace sudar muy chido y te da una energía excepcional para seguir con tu entrenamiento o incluso al tomarlo antes de tu cardio es perfecto para la quema calórica.
Lo recomiendo mucho si tienes como objetivo eliminar grasa.

With this I noticed a good increase in energy that lasted hours, not just a spike, and it made me sweat like crazy! I read someone say without working out it makes you sweat and anxious but it was not the case with me, I noticed the difference in my workouts.
