6 years ago I started my journey in the fitness world as a skinny kid with no strength and very little confidence. My goal was always to have an aesthetic body with muscle mass, over time I fell in love with this lifestyle and the changes I was seeing in my body. Changes don't happen overnight, but looking for them every day became a source of motivation. That is why my main goal is to help and motivate others to fulfill their goals and dreams just as I once wanted to have this kind of help either from home or in a gym.
