SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMELINE
Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times. Depending on the amount of orders that we receive over the weekend or during website sales will also possibly delay your processing time. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. Holidays. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.
RETURN POLICY & EXCHANGE***
We would gladly accept your return, if the 3 following conditions are met:
- The product(s) must be in its original condition, security seal intact, unless there is a manufacturing defect, or product(s) was damaged in transit. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition.
- Returns must be processed within 15 days from the day of receipt.
- Item(s) must have been purchased directly from our website.
***Unfortunately, items that were purchased during a sale event, or using a coupon code at checkout, do not qualify for refunds/exchange.
- All t-shirts are FINAL SALE, no returns or exchanges.
- We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. All orders are documented before shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
Refunds can only be process using the same method of payment. We will only refund the total amount paid for the product, shipping and other charges are non-refundable, unless there is an error on our part.
The shipping cost paid at checkout is not inclusive of any foreign country’s duties and taxes, or any other fees imposed by customs.
Additionally, due to the ever changing rules and regulations made by each country, we encourage our brand supporters to be informant of your country’s restrictions on any dietary supplements prior to purchasing any of our products.
We will not issue refunds of any type until all the products that are being returned to us have been received in our warehouse.
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, delays, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States.
